Your pet must have had an exam at our hospital within the past year, and in some cases, within the past six months, to be eligible for refills. Some refills may require an examination or recheck before refilling, depending on your pet’s medical needs and the refill type. For controlled substances, additional regulations apply, and we may require in-person pick-up with a photo ID.
